1️⃣ Complete Nursing Education in Pakistan
→ Graduate with BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
2️⃣ Get Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council
→ Become a Registered Nurse (RN)
3️⃣ Gain Work Experience
→ Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a hospital in Pakistan
4️⃣ Credential Evaluation by CGFNS
→ Apply to CGFNS (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) for educational credential assessment
5️⃣ Pass NCLEX-RN Exam
→ Take and pass the NCLEX-RN (USA licensing exam)
→ Conducted by Pearson VUE in Lahore
6️⃣ Pass English Proficiency Exam
→ IELTS / TOEFL / Pearson Test of English (PTE)
7️⃣ Apply for State Nursing License
→ Submit application to chosen State Board of Nursing
→ Receive State RN License
8️⃣ Get VisaScreen Certificate from CGFNS
→ Required for U.S. Embassy visa issuance
9️⃣ Secure a Job Offer
→ From a U.S. hospital or recruitment agency
→ Employer must be willing to sponsor your visa
